What are the rules about temperatures in a working environment? In
most offices, there are some workers who want a 3KW electric fan
heater blasting out in the middle of a heatwave while others want the
air conditioning on full blast at all times.

I believe there is a minimum working temperature but no maximum; is
that correct?
