The UK authorities have in the past sent undercover police to foreign
countries in order to gather evidence of suspected UK citizens seeking
out children for . - I recall a documentary on just such an
operation. A suspect being any unaccompanied man who is going on
holiday to a country renowned for .-tourism, but of course
especially if the man has previous convictions of that nature.
So I do not agree that the only prosecutions to be brought will be due
to complaints from the "victims".
