Congratulations.

Your experiance was identical to mine except for the fact that the
spammer actually turned up.

Following the case I contacted everyone associated with his hosting, his
ISPs, email relays, anything I could find and emailed them a scanned
copy of the judgement.

The important thing is that his web site was taken down.
