But does the same principle not apply where a professional person such
as a solicitor or accountant offers his clients a drink while they
discuss business? It could be argued there too that the price of the
drink is included in the final bill for professional services.

It will be interesting if Horsham or some other council actually
prosecutes a hairdresser and the matter comes to court.
