Apparently if they are support evil or worship a false god, it's not an
issue.
God was prepared to eliminate the entire human population for its evil once.
So perhaps a few ten's of thousands of imperial Meiji worshipers willing to
die for their emperor-god wouldn't matter... after all, it's dying for their
emporer was an honor.
