I am appealing my parking ticket on the grounds that I was not given
the discretionary 5 mins. However when the paperwork from the council
came to me (duplicates of the tribunal papers) I note that the copy
ticket they present is not the same as my original ticket. It does not
show the crossing out of a section at the top of the original by way of
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX however I can see that it says (and appeal Regulations
2007) under the XXXXXXXXX. I also note that my original says £50
penalty and the copy says £60. I see this has misleading the Chair at
the tribunal or could it be misrepresenting evedance. All other
documentation are copies of original documents.
