Hello All -

My company recently (May 2003) filed for RIR. I am from Philadelphia
Region and have about 2 years left on my H1B.

I am with major multinational company and we have locations all over
the world.

I am getting increasingly concerned about RIR cases being denied
now-a-days. I would like to know what are my options in case RIR gets
denied. Do I have to leave country? Can I come back on another visa
like L1?

Any thoughts would be helpful.
