In June 2001, my step-son went back to the country of his birth. He did
not like it in the U.S. He wanted to go to the University in the
Ukraine. His mother and I agreed to let him go if his grandfather would
move in with him in his mothers home. I had no idea that anyone cared if
he went back. I have recently received a notice that he is in this
country illegally and that he is to appear before a judge in October.
WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!
