Hello All,
Is there a waiting period to re-entry the US and work under a new H1B
after you have successfully completed the first 6 year H1B tour and
leaving the US without violating any US laws and regulations?

...or is it that since the H1 visa is considered a non-immigrant visa
- that one is no longer entitled to legally work in the US under any
circumstance?
