Hello,

I was on F1 status. I got my H1 done and I got it on november 19th.
Now I have got a better job offer from a different company. Should I
transfer my H1 or should i go for a new H1B thru this new employer and
also I have not got any pay stubs from my current employer as i am on
training. what should i do?

Ingo, do ya have any suggestions on this. i will really appreciate it.
