My wife is on an H4 status and she is also holding an EAD card since we have
applied for I-140/I-485 for over six months now. A local music school has
offered her a job as a piano teacher. The school is willing to sponsor her
for a visa and a green card. I wonder what type of visa is most appropriate
for her as a piano teacher and whether it can lend a way to a green card
later on?
