Even though this post is a bit older, let me respond: your wife does not
need any visa sponsorship. She has an EAD, which means that she is
authorized to work immediately. And of course she'll get a Green Card,
since you already filed an I-485 for her.
The only thing to be aware of is that when she starts working, her H-4
will effectively end. The consequence is that, if you decide to travel out
of the USA, even for a day to Canada or Mexico, she would need Advance
Parole. Not a big deal, as long as you are aware that she needs it.
