Just make him crawl across the border by himself. All the officers will
be like "awww...." and no one will stop him. They'll probably take
pictures.

But seriously -- just his B.C. is fine -- if he's even
required anything being a USC (and derived Can. Citizenship i guess). I
can't think of any other ID he could possible have anyways.
