I believe you indeed can, but in all honesty, I don't really see much
advantage in doing that. She might as well use Advance Parole to reenter.
Remember that with A/P and EAD, she has no obligation to work, merely the
right.

Same answer as for the H-4, with the added caveat that if you give up your
H-1 by working elsewhere with your EAD, your family's H-4 would also
automatically cease.
