You can go to Canada or Mexico for the H1 stamp. It is routinely done,
and I know at least 4 people who have done that in the past few months.
Unless you are from one of the countries on the terrorist list...

I am
just curious, how come you do not have a home country? You don't have to
answer if you don't want to. :)
