Hi,

I have recently been informed that I won a place in the DV2004
lottery.

I am presently waiting on a number from the US embassy in
order to proceed.

I am very interested in moving to the US but due to
work/personal commitments would like to wait a year before fully moving
over there (so idealy would like to wait till March 2005)........

however I see Septemeber 2004 mentioned as an 'end-date' for take up of
DV2004 visas ?

What are my options?

Would it be sufficient to take a
short trip to the States before September 2003 and then move over fully
in March 2005 ?
