Martin as long as you talk to the international advisor at the college
or university you are wanting to enroll they would be able to help you
out. When you apply for the university they give you the form I-539 and
it takes a couple of months to get approved and as long as the universi-
ty sends it you are in status till you get a decision so do no worry.
Another question is is your J-1 visa have the 2 year HRR if it does you
will have to go back to your home country and complete the 2 year HRR if
not you are follow the path i told you
