Hi,

I got H1B stamped last month through employer A. Last night I got a call
from USA MNC company (say employer B) and offied me a job and agreed to
file for H1B transfer. I have highlighted that I am still in my home
country and NOT landed in USA yet.

I am not sure whether employer B can submit the papers for H1B before
I land USA.

Please advise me.
