Thanks for your reply.

Normally how many days/weeks will take the employer B to get the
approveal for H1B transfer ? Is premimum process available for it ?

Will employer A sue me /anthing as I will not work for A ?. I have
signed contract to work for minimum 1.5 years.

Pls. advis me.
