If the extension is pending, are you in status the entire time or a max
one year, or until the date you were seeking? I thought you had up to
one year from the time of entry on a B2 to depart, and you had to be out
by the date that you requested to stay in your I-539.
I don't know if they ever take more than 6 months to respond, but who
knows with USCIS.
