I agree. He should look for a job with a company that actually hires
people andists with the H1B. There should be no need to hire a
consultant to do this. I know this is the standard procedure in the
Silicon Valley. Our company has openings for developers, and we have a
lot of people from outside the US. While it nice that most Americans
believe there are enough qualified people inside the US, it takes more
than a degree and some work in the computer field to make you
"qualified". So, to the original poster, I recommend looking for
employers rather than consultants who promise you a visa. |
