Hello all

I am going to be starting an MA program in the US the autumn. I have a
valid B2 visa from a previous trip. I will be getting an F1 visa,
which only allows you to enter 30 days in advance of your course's
start date.

Is there some way to enter a couple of weeks earlier on the B2, then
switch over in-country? 30 days isn't long, especially for someone who
suffers horrendous jetlag! Last time I was in North America I couldn't
adjust for over two weeks, and I know thast the housing market gets
tight by mid-July.
