Hi, Thanks for your response. Yes she already has her greencard. You
pointed out exactly what we were wondering. Will she use her greencard
uf we temporaily move abroad or is there a process which would allow
us the reapplication and after we return. She can't yet apply for
citizenship as she only got her greencard 10month ago and I believe
she can only apply after 3y. I will do some more reaearch on the
"permission to re-enter" that you mentioned. Thanks for that!! |
