Granted, at least not at this time. Some Congressperson last year suggested to
change that...
It may well be, though, that they do some tracking of EU citizens as well. After
all, they have to provide passenger data of flights to the US to the US
authorities, so what would keep them from doing some tracking on their own,
other than their privacy laws, which are undermined more and more?
After all, RFID passports are everywhere nowadays...
