I am current on E2, my wife is on L1 and my toddler son is on E2
dependent. We need to change my son's status to L1 dependent. Can we
do so without leaving US? i.e. go through some kind of change status
process for him instead of applying a new visa outside US? If this
is possible, roughly how long this process will take? Thanks.
