I graduated from a university in 2007 Dec and am currently am on my
OPT (Optional Practical Training). I secured a job with a consulting
company which filed for my H1 this april. I also have an offer from
another company which would hire me if I have a H1 only. My question
here is, can the new company transfer my H1 once it is approved ? or
should I wait till oct for my H1 to start?
