I realized may be I was not that clear. So let me explain it a little
better.

Iam on m OPT. Company A filed for my H1 this April. I have an offer
from company B.

B is ready to hire me if I have an H1. Can the company B transfer my
H1 once my H1 gets approved? or should compny B wait till oct 1st to
do the transfer?

I am eagerly waiting for your replies. Please help.
