You application for H1 under the sponsorship of Company A wont take effect
until 0ct 1, 2008 assuming that your filing on April 2008 is approved. Even
with H1 approval from Company A, you still need to file (transfer?) for H1-B
under Company B should you wish to work for COmpany B
