Yeah, I know. I didn't want to make it all that complicated for the OP, since
the 3-year rule doesn't apply here.
I was kind of waiting for somebody to point out the existence of a 3-year rule
for certain applications.
There are also rules for military personnel, some with no waiting time at all.
The "Guide" lists all of that.
