It has been many years since I last applied for US Visa and I really donr
recall what I had answered.
To me, rejected and refusal mean the same thing when I applied for Tourist
Visa and never got approved and never tried it again. It ie clear to me that
I need to indicate as such. Any advise?
The case can be made where I applied for F1 and got declined initially and a
follow-up with more documents get me approved for the SAME visa. Under this
scenerio, one can conclude that the "rejected" and "approved" applications
were of the same and thus it was never being refused. Any thought on that
folks?
Thanks
