Hello,

I would like to know who long I have to work for an employer before I
can file a H1B transfer. Is it 2 months, since I have to file as well
2 pay stubs?
Let's assume that my start date for employer A is the 6th of October
2008. Furthermore let's assume that I have an employer B which I would
like to hire me. Now when would be the earliest possible date to file
H1B transfer request?
