I've been working for a multinational company for the last year, any
they've indicated they would like to bring myself and my family (wife
and two young children) to work in the US head office. I like the idea,
and wife is also excited about the prospect.
I'm 35 years old. 20 years ago, when I was only 15, I got a criminal
conviction from our youth court system. The conviction was for a few
stupid minor things, and I was sentenced to performing 80 hours of
community gardening at a local church. After that, I changed schools to
get away from a bad group of friends, and have been trouble free since.
Will this historic stuff harm my L1 Visa chances?
I'm also very embarrassed about this stuff that happened a long time
ago. Will I need to reveal this to my employer?
Thanks in advance for any info. |
