Congratulations on your marriage. The best of luck to both of you.

Your spouse needs to file a form I-130 with the US immigration service
and after receiving a receipt for that filing, file a form I-129F with
the immgration service. That will start a process that will result in
your nearest US Embassy/consulate will receive an authorization to send
you forms for a K-3 non-immigrant visa.

The place to start at the USCIS web site can be reached by this url

(this is a shortcut url because of the long urls on the site). There
are links to the form on the upper right side of the page.

Your husband might be able to fill out those forms himself if money is
a real issue. If so, he should pay an immigration attorney or other
knowledgeable person to review the application and supporting documents
to avoid any delays.

When the Embassy/consulate gets the case, they will contact you about
getting the visa. You may wish to look at the web site of the embassy.
(www.usembassy.gov) for information.

After you get your K3 visa, you can come to the US and apply for
adjustment of status to get your green card.

Sorry I don't know the processing times involved at this time. But you
can look at the USCIS web site and investigate some of the processing
times. (www.uscis.gov).
