As far as the states which recognise homo.ual marriage are concerned,
I believe so. However, individual states have nothing to do with USA
immigration law; USA immigration law only recognises hetero.ual
marriage. Being the foreign spouse of a USA citizen by homo.ual
marriage does not help in any way with immigration; in fact it might
even make it more difficult in some areas, such as getting a visitor visa.
