Definition of "Crime involving Moral Turpitude"?

What exactly is the definition of CIMT? I've been looking at the
websites from the US Gov, and can't decide whether a Penal Code 415,
Disturbing the peace (for an original Domestic Violence misdemeanor
charge that was reduced) is considered a CIMT....

any thoughts?
