Free accommodation and food in addition to normal salary when people
aren't working? That seems very generous, if a little strange.
Or are we to take this as a public advertisement that your company
commits USA federal crimes by not paying your H-1B employees their
salaries at all times, putting your employees out of status in the USA?
If you don't pay your H-1B employees when they don't have clients, are
your employees aware that they can have the Department of Labor
prosecute you, and require you to give them all the back pay you owe
them (in addition to the penalties which the courts will impose)? |
