Subject: Can reenter to USA if visa stamp Validity is still for 1 week? Posted on: Tue, 5 Aug 2008 19:22:44 +0000 (UTC)

I have a valid h1b visa till 30 sep 2008 and applied for the extension
and my wife has her h4 visa with the same validity until 30 sep
2008.My employer had applied for my h1b extension but i have not got
the approvel yet.
Right now my wife is in india and she is willing to come back on 23
sep 2008.

My question is

1) Will she face any problem at immegration when she re enter into
USA.
Will the immegration autorities allow my wife to enter US because
of the shart validity.
2) I may get the h1b extension approvel before she come back but, i
am not sure about that.
In worst case, if i will not get the approvel suggest me what
should i do.
