hi,
Im a 19 year old illegal immigrant, my finance is a citizen and we were
hoping to get married this winter. We've been together for a year now, and
living together.How would we go about getting married? I heard we had to get
permission and that if he didn't have a job we wouldn't be able to get
married? Im not sure what to do.
Would it make a difference that my mother brought me here on a visit visa...
(not really sure what its called) and well over stayed our welcome? and that
I've lived here ever since i was 1 and have gone to school? im unsure and
need help.
