Hello Friends,
My original visa was valid from Oct 1st, 2005 to Oct 1st, 2008. Just
3 months ago I changed my employer and I got
new visa papers that is valid till March 2011. I also received my new
I-94 valid till March 2011. I am on vacation in India
and will return to USA in 2 weeks. I had two questions, since the visa
stamped on my passport shows my original employers
name do I have to go to the consulate and get in restamped? Also since
my original visa is expiring in oct 2008 do I
have to apply for an extension?
