Hi My name is Pawan Preet Singh
My green card card has an error of FNU , Means according to my green
card my first name is FNU & last name is Pawan Preet Singh. This error
gives problem to me. I wana remove this error . But immigration
department said you have to deposit the green card with form I-90 then
they will send the new green card after six month. But if i deposit
the green card i can not search for job without green card and i can
not go to india without this. Please suggest me can i go to india with
this error ( Immigarion authority is given the problem with this error
or not ) or remove this error first before going to india. Also
suggest me any other method by which i can remove this error fast.
One more question how many days i can live outside the USA without
permission( Its Six Month or one year)
