I studied my MS in USA. I am currently on H1B visa. My employer filed
my I140. Now I want to study my PhD. I have very good chances of
getting into my PhD program in top schools. If I file for F1 visa
somewhere in a blog I read that my visa will be rejected because I
show the immigration intent by filing my I140. What is the right time
to transfer to F1 without disturbing my GC process (if possible) or
leaving GC process and transfering to F1. Your help is very much
appriciated.
