hey there...I am a Medical student still into my internship. i hv been
approved 3 mnths rotations in Mount Sinai school of medicine in New
York City.n the school wants me to come on J1 visa.my concern is-

1.Is the 2 yr HRR applicable in my case considering i m a student?

2.Even if it is applicable,can I get into my residency with the same
visa without changing the visa status?

3.What if i wish to get a waiver,is it easy to get in my case?

Anyone with any idea..plz rply.i hv to decide and i really wish to
take this elective.

PLZ HELP.
