You're right, in fact there aren't other ways. I just tried.

But I'm thinking a possible way to go on over. I want to apply for J-1
visa also if there are 2years. Suppose that I apply for GC lottery,
and I'm lucky and I win.
I know that is useless to win GC lottery if I have a J-1 visa with
2years home country residence. But, after starting my training
program, if I apply for J-1 waiver (no objection) and my waiver is
accepted, then I could apply for diversity visa. Is it correct?

If it's correct, I need luck two times (GC and waiver). About waiver I
feel positive because I don't use government money and it's not a
Fullbright J-1.
