Hello Everybody,
I can't find on internet a precise answer for my case, I hope someone
can help me here.
I have a visa E1, I work and live most of the time in Usa. My fiancee
lives in Italy, we will get married next summer. I know that a spouse
of a E1 Visa can obtain a E1 visa too, but usually they are already
married when they request the visa, and for what I understand they do
the interview at the embassy together.
In my case, what should my fiancee do to obtain the E1 visa when she
will be my wife?
I don't think she must provide all the documentation I had to provide
to obtain the visa, since most of it refers to the work I do in US and
she has nothing to do with it.
