I'm and international f1-visa student in PHD. I can't get hired in a
company because of some regulations related to export compliance,
unless I have a green-card.
They really want me and if I get hired they will definitely apply for
a green-card for me and I will definitely get it, but I can't get
hired in the first place, and they really want me in that company.
So they want to try to get me a green-card before I graduate (in 2
years). So they would like to see if they can hire me partially with
like 0$/month so they can get their lawyers and apply for my
greencard.
I was wondering is there anyway for me to be able to do that ??? like
cpt ? opt ? or generally something with my advisor ? or anything
